What size should I buy?
If you are not sure which size is right for you, please refer to our size guide, located below each product.
Can I cancel my order?
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
Are shoes included?
Shoes are not included in the outfit box.

Delivery, Returns & Exchanges
We use major shipping companies and local courier services. Returns and exchanges are not possible unless the item is significantly dirty.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, shipping costs will be added at checkout.
How much is the shipping fee?
- Asia Region : 1,000 yen (approximately 6 dollars)
- Rest of the World : Other regions: 3,000 yen (approximately $20)
The total price, including shipping, will be available at checkout.
What happens after I place my order?
Once your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation email informing you that your order has been received by our fulfillment team. Once your order is complete, you will receive a notification email with tracking information. Shipping charges are non-refundable in the case of returns.
How many days will delivery take?
We will ship your item as soon as we confirm your payment!
Since the items you order are individually selected by stylists at Diversity, they usually arrive within 1-2 weeks!
Please note that there may be some delays depending on the volume of orders, and depending on your area it may take up to 4 weeks.
